 +The device stores the log information related to operation in the record media(HDD or SD), it can be covered automatically when the storage is full or deleted by formatting. Sometimes we can export it to analyze the reason for some problems on the page “General -> Other”. The log includes:

 +1)Alarm log, alarm information e.g. Overspeed alarm.

 +2)User log, information of device running, e.g. power-on time, version, network status.

 +3)Dial log, information of the dialup, e.g. the 4G signal, dialup status.

 +4)You can export all of the logs if you didn’t know when the problem happened or export the log of the specific date if you know the date.

 +==== Get print log ====

 +Sometimes we need to get more details of the device’s running, we have to get the print log by U disk follow below:

 +1)U disk format to FAT32;
 +
 +2)Copy the file “n9m_print_cfg” into the U disk.No folder needed, just in the root of the U disk. Make sure every letter of the file name is the same as “n9m_print_cfg” and the U disk has no file named “all”;

 +3)Plugin the U disk into the USB port in front of the MDVR;
 +
 +4)Run the device until the problem appears;
 +
 +5)Remove the U disk from the device, and then restart the device to exit the log mode;

 +6)Plugin the U disk to the computer and cut the file “all” to the computer, and then send it to our technical support.
