+)User log, information of device running, e.g. power-on time, version, network status.

+)Copy the file “n9m_print_cfg” into the U disk.No folder needed, just in the root of the U disk. Make sure every letter of the file name is the same as “n9m_print_cfg” and the U disk has no file named “all”;
+)Plugin the U disk into the USB port in front of the MDVR;
+)Run the device until the problem appears;
+)Remove the U disk from the device, and then restart the device to exit the log mode;
