+  -   Plugin the U disk into the USB port in front of the MDVR;
+  -   Run the device until the problem appears;
+  -   Remove the U disk from the device, and then restart the device to exit the log mode;
+  -   Plugin the U disk to the computer and cut the file “all” to the computer, and then send it to our technical support.
