Because the DSM camera can support installation on the front, left side, and right side and the infrared light control depends on the installation location, so if the installation settings are not right will cause the incorrect infrared light control which will cause the image to overexposed.
If it has this issue, please check if the following settings are matching the actual installation location and angle.
